Please join the Calgary Chinese Merchants Association on Tuesday, April 5th when His Worship, Naheed Nenshi, Mayor of the City of Calgary, speaks at our gala dinner.

Calgary’s Chinese community has long been one of the leading ethnic communities in Canada, serving as a prominent example for many cities across North America. With a new mayor at the helm of Calgary, what will the future hold for Calgary’s Chinatown, its businesses and residents, and the greater Chinese community?
As Calgary’s 36th mayor, a passionate Calgarian and an accomplished business professional, how does Mayor Nenshi plan to engage and activate the Chinese community? What plans does Mayor Nenshi have to further the revitalization of Chinatown? How can the Chinese community get involved in this great city and be heard? How can we work together with Mayor Nenshi to make Calgary a better place to live, work, and play?
Join us for an An Evening with Mayor in Chinatown, a gala dinner featuring Calgary’s newest mayor, His Worship, Naheed Nenshi, as the keynote speaker. Enjoy an evening of fine Chinese dining and an engaged conversation with Mayor Nenshi, as we find out what the future holds for Calgary’s Chinese community in the eyes of Calgary’s newest mayor.
Best Regards,
Ken Lee
