2013 Calgary Dragon Boat Race & Festival

As Calgary’s premier sport festivals, the Calgary Dragon Boat Race & Festival draws +900 competitors, +1500 spectators and an abundance of excitement and cultural experiences.

The Calgary Dragon Boat Race & Festival is geared towards creating an unforgettable experience. The dragon boat competition illustrates comradery, teamwork and inspiration.

Stemmed by a 2000-year-old Chinese legend, Dragon Boat Racing is still very active and remains a tradition to this day.

The Calgary Dragon Boat Festival is recognized by Dragon Boat Canada as a qualifying event for the purposes of the 2014 National Club Crew Qualifiers. If you intend to use the event as a qualifier for your team please indicate your intention on the registration forms.
