On December 13, 20 and 27, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, there is a Malaysian Chinese paintings exhibition at Malaysian Singaporean and Bruneian Community Association (MSBCA), which is located at #201 - 114, 3re Avenue SW, Calgary.

The President Tony Quek of MSBCA said, Richard Wong called himself a "Mountain Man", due to the fact that he loves painting the rocks and the curves of the mountains looking through his eyes. This is his very first time stepping onto the Canadian soil and he is fortunate to be here in Calgary.

“Richard is not only an artist, but a 2nd generation in Chinese tea pots collector and a Shaolin Kung Fu teacher.”

Richard Wong has painted mountain scenes in Nepal, China, New Zealand and Europe. He had held many exhibitions in Malaysia, Australia and France. This is the artist’s first visit to Calgary and Canada.
