Fundraising Final Result for Taiwan 88 Disaster on Aug. 30

Khin Chew, the English Secretary of Calgary Tsung Tsin Benevolent Association, on behalf of Calgary Reaches Out announced, this is the final result of the fundraiser that was carried out at the Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre (CCCC) on August 30th. The final count of all donations is sitting at $12,782.00. After all expenses, they will hand over $11,167.00 to the Alberta Red Cross in Calgary within a few days.
He also stated, “I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has contributed their efforts into this fundraiser either by volunteering, sponsoring or performing.

All your efforts helped make this fundraiser a success. All of us should feel good that we are able to help in one way or another.”
